By accessing or using ReplyzeAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

Contains arbitration agreement and waiver of class actions. Review carefully.

2. Service Description

2.1 AI-Powered Email Generation

ReplyzeAI connects via Gmail OAuth to generate and send AI-crafted email replies and proposals. Outputs are suggestions and must be reviewed by you before sending.

2.2 Daily Limits & Subscription

Free-tier accounts may send up to 20 AI-generated emails per day. Upgraded plans unlock higher limits, analytics, and priority support. Billing cycles renew automatically until canceled.

2.3 Data & Training

You grant us a license to use your anonymized email data and AI outputs to improve our models. We do not share your raw email content with third parties.

3. Account Requirements & Security

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization.
Credentials
Maintain confidentiality of your Gmail OAuth tokens and login information. Do not share credentials.
Security Incidents
Report any unauthorized access or use immediately to replyzeai@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

All emails and data you provide remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.

4.2 Service Outputs

AI-generated suggestions are licensed to you for internal business use only. Resale or reverse-engineering is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam, phishing, or illegal content.
  • Bypass security measures or exceed daily limits.
  • Reverse-engineer or manipulate our AI models.
  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Non-payment or billing issues.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Security threats or misuse.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. You remain liable for any outstanding amounts.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the six (6) months prior to any claim.

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses arising from AI-generated suggestions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive rights to class actions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or website update. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
